4. Carefully observe the operation of the metal circular saw blade, the parallelism of the cutting section, and the noise level of the equipment.
5. Check the state of the oil, do not operate without oil, and check the performance of the main components (especially the core parts). The PCL, drives, etc. must remain normal.
6. There should be a major cleaning every month to maintain the performance of high-speed metal circular saws. If the machine is not disassembled for cleaning for a long time, it will cause irreversible damage to the equipment.
7. When the weather is hot, open the protective covers of the equipment to keep the entire machine ventilated for about 5 minutes. After the equipment is completely inspected, all protective covers must be covered.
8. The spray cooling system and automatic lubrication system must be checked, and must be kept unblocked. Try to avoid water infiltration at the pipeline.
